Subscription Cancellation Policy
When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and delivery frequency you select at checkout.
By subscribing to ATP Science, you agree to our Terms of Service and acknowledge that your subscription includes a minimum commitment of three (3) successful charges. Your subscription will automatically renew, and your nominated payment method will be charged for each recurring order (including applicable shipping and handling fees) until the minimum commitment has been fulfilled.
Minimum Commitment
All subscriptions must complete a minimum of three billing cycles before cancellation is permitted. This applies to all subscription promotions, including any discounted subscription offers.
Cancellation
After the minimum three charges have been completed, you may cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Logging into your account
- Selecting Subscriptions
- Clicking Cancel next to the relevant item
Exceptions
Cancellations before the minimum commitment period may only be considered under special circumstances (e.g. medical or hardship-related reasons) and are assessed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of ATP Science. Supporting documentation may be required.
